Cape May, New Jersey is not only home to pristine beaches and waters, but is also a town rich with history and architectural significance. In 1878 the town was almost completely destroyed by fire, but was quickly rebuilt in the then-popular Victorian style. Many of the town's historic Victorian homes stand to this day, and are well-worth a visit.
