Also known as Little Niagara or the Niagara of the South, Cumberland Falls is a picturesque waterfall on the Cumberland River in southeastern Kentucky. If you visit at night, you may catch a glimpse of a moonbow (or a rainbow formed by moonlight) as Cumberland Falls is one of the few places in the Western Hemisphere where one can be regularly seen.
The design features a digitally-altered photograph with an impressionist / oil painted style. The background has a subtle topographic base pattern. The state outline is created with a series of high resolution digital brushstrokes and drips.
