Shipping and Returns


  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! All shipping is 100% free.
  • Can you ship my items overnight?
    Unfortunately not. We produce almost all of our items on-demand to eliminate wasteful overproduction and unused inventory, which means your order will be printed just for you, but will take a bit longer to get to you. Visit our production updates page for more information.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately we do not ship overseas at this time. We ship to all 50 US states currently, but will most likely expand in the future.


  • What is your return policy?
    If you receive a product that is damaged or is the result of a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your item. We ask that you carefully review your personalized item designs before placing your order as we do not accept returns on personalized items.
  • Do I need to pay for shipping on returns?
    There's no need to send damaged or erroneously-printed items back to us.
  • Do you offer full refunds or just store credit?
    Refunds will be applied directly to the method of payment you used originally.
