  • My order still hasn't arrived. What's up with that?
    We print all of our orders on demand. This helps us eliminate wasteful unused inventory, but it also means your order may take a bit longer to get to you. In the meantime, we encourage you to check out our production updates page for the most up-to-date information about our production timelines, or send us a chat down below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

  • How do I know you're actually planting trees?
    We don't plant the trees, but we do send a donation to the Eden Reforestation Projects for each item purchased, which they use to fund their tree-planting operations. If you have more questions, send us a chat or visit the Eden Projects online.
  • Do you have plans to add more products?
    Yes, we are always adding more designs and would love to hear your suggestions! Email us at or send us a chat with your ideas and we'll look into incorporating them. 

  • What does a guy or gal have to do to get free shipping around here?
    We literally just give it to you, no questions asked.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you receive a product that is damaged or is the result of a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your item. We ask that you carefully review your personalized item designs before placing your order as we do not accept returns on personalized items. Visit our shipping and returns page for more information.
